Bacillus Methylotrophicus is a gram-positive bacterium, was isolated from the rhizosphere soil of traditionally cultivated, field-grown rice. Cells were strictly aerobic, motile, rod-shaped and formed endospores. The best growth was achieved at 30°C and pH 7.0 in ammonium mineral salts (AMS) medium containing 600 mM methanol.
It is an effective biocontrol agent against mycelial growth and conidial germination of numerous plant pathogenic fungi, including Botryosphaeria dothidea, Phyllosticta ampelicide, Valsa ceratosperma, and Botrytis cinerea, and can promote growth of tomato plants in both greenhouse and field settings.

Protect soil health and improve nutrient retention long-term
Promote the crop growth of plant, increase crops potential yield
Can be rapidly colonized and propagated in the roots of crops to adjust the soil microecological balance
Avoid the soil problem by continuous cropping, improve the utilization ratio of fertilizer
Effective biocontrol the pathogens including Sclerotinia sclerotiorum , Fusarium oxysporum , Verticillium sp., Eutypa lata, Botrytis cinerea, Penicillium digitatum and Rhizoctonia solani, both in vitro and in vivo.
Colonize plant roots, interact with plant roots and can influence plant growth by scavenging reactive oxygen species, hydrogen peroxide, and volatile compounds.
Inhibit pathogen growth via exudation of antibiotics, inhibition of phytopathogens, induced systemic resistance, parasitism of phytopathogens, and out-competing phytopathogens for space and nutrients.
Fermentation organic fertilizer: cooperate with other microbial powder are used together, adding amount of 100-200 g/ton.
Configuration of organic fertilizer: apply 1.5 kgs/acre with manure compost, chemical fertilizer or moderate fine soil after blending or topdressing, or water spray directly.
Soil application : Mix 3-5 Kg/ acre of Bacillus methylotrophicus with compost and apply to an acre of soil.
